Manager, Strategic Operations

This role sits at the center of organizational execution, acting as a key partner to senior leadership to ensure strategy is translated into clear, disciplined operational delivery. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the internal systems, tools, and workflows that enable teams to operate efficiently at scale. The position spans operational infrastructure, technology coordination, and financial oversight, requiring a strong ability to manage complexity across multiple domains. You will also support leadership communications, board and investor materials, and cross-functional initiatives that shape company direction. Acting as a force multiplier for the COO, you will help ensure priorities are clearly defined, tracked, and executed.
