The organisation has focus on governance and support within the field of HSE on corporate, global, and local levels – a world-wide scope for all businesses. Guiding with governance structure and follow up compliance in the global electrical organisation. But also hold a role as a senior health and Safety Engineer in issues regarding Governance Safety.</p> <p> </p> <p>Some of the main responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and strengthen the electrical organisation through cross-functional collaboration and engagement with stakeholders, towards Our vision Scania Care – Zero Harm.</li> <li>Provide expert knowledge and support in compliance with current legislation, policy and methods together with the stakeholders ensuring adherence to relevant methods etc.</li> <li>Develop trainings and education together with Scania Academy to strengthen the competence in the electrical organisation. </li> <li>Develop global guidelines </li> <li>Participate in group wide networks </li> <li>Monitor and evaluate, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.</li> <li>Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of the Integrated Management System (ISO 45001).</li> <li>Support in risk assessments methods, root cause analysis for accidents or incidents etc and perform trainings. </li> <li>Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends.</li> <li>Support the organisation within the area Health and Safety from a Health and safety Engineer perspective</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><u>Qualifications</u></p> <ul> <li>Preferably a Bachelor degree in the field relevant for the position </li> <li>Senior experience as a Health and Safety Engineer</li> <li>Solid experience in Electrical Safety, preferably in SS-EN-50110</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Solid experience of forming an organization.</li> <li>Strong competence in Swedish Health &amp; Safety legislation</li> <li>Fluent in Swedish and English</li> </ul> <p>Location: Sweden</p> <p>#Li-hybrid</p> <p> </p> <p><u>How To Apply</u></p> <p>Kindly apply as soon as possible, but no later than May 29th, since selection and interviews will be held throughout the whole application period.
