Our mandate is to provide support and expert advice on Asset Management and O&amp;M-related topics for our portfolio of renewable energy projects across all geographies. We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as project development teams, Prepare for Operations teams, and M&amp;A projects, to prepare our assets for the operational phase by providing support on state-of-the-art technical solutions, operational setup and performance, as well as commercial aspects. The overall objective is to enable O&amp;M as a competitive advantage for Statkraft, by capturing group synergies, safeguarding critical functions, and ensuring the asset lifetime perspective – enabled by our scale, capabilities, and experience, and best-in-class standards, systems, and processes.</p><p>Main tasks in the role include:</p><ul><li>Serve as the point of contact for the Group O&amp;M function towards wind projects.</li><li>Provide support and advice for greenfield development and M&amp;A projects within Asset Management, O&amp;M (such as O&amp;M strategy and concept selection), as well as key production components.</li><li>Participate in Preparing for Operations projects.</li><li>Develop methodology and facilitate the estimation of Operational Expenditures (OPEX).</li><li>Support and provide key input in contract negotiation and procurement processes, including WTG procurement and service agreements.</li><li>Participate in relevant DMT / Expert Teams within Statkraft.</li><li>Ensure that business development activities incorporate requirements, guidelines, and work processes to promote safe operations, synergies, and profit optimization.</li><li>Ensure that new learnings are implemented into future projects and requirements.</li><li>Support the Head of Business Development in developing the team to meet the needs of an organization with significant growth ambitions.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Higher education within a relevant technical field, Industrial economy, or similar, preferably at the Master´s level. </li><li>Solid experience in the wind industry, e.g., in project development, operations and maintenance, asset management, engineering/technology, or other relevant area </li><li>Ability to collaborate constructively and build the internal network across the organization, and work independently when required </li><li>High personal integrity and ethical standards with strong HSSE understanding and commitment </li><li>Ability to develop structures and processes as required to deliver on a new and large business ambition </li><li>Strong communication skills in both English and Norwegian, or another Scandinavian language </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>A career with Statkraft is filled with purpose – meaning that every employee is not just making a living, they are making a real difference to the planet, our communities, and the future.
