Position Summary


District Photo is seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our Arizona print-production facility. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ensuring accurate inventory control, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and leads by example.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
     
  • Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse associates to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
     
  • Monitor workflow and staffing levels to support production schedules and shipping deadlines
     
  • Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and proper material handling
     
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA standards
     
  • Operate and oversee use of warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners, etc.)
     
  • Communicate effectively with Production, Quality, and Shipping teams to resolve issues quickly
     
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and safety
     
  • Assist with onboarding and coaching of new hires
     
  • Enforce attendance, performance, and conduct expectations consistently
