THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Agile Project Manager to join our Global Data & Analytics (D&A) team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex data and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment to business goals and adherence to Agile methodologies. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project plans, and ensure successful, timely, and value-driven outcomes.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in Agile practices, has experience in managing data-related or technical projects, and is passionate about creating structure and momentum within a fast-paced environment. This role reports into the Manager or Director of Program Management and is a key partner in delivering strategic business outcomes through the D&A portfolio.

Location: Co-locate with any of the North America Business Units

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Agile Project Execution

• Lead day-to-day project execution for data and analytics initiatives using Agile frameworks
• Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering leads to ensure clear scope and deliverables
• Track and manage timelines, resource planning, story points, risks, and blockers

Communication & Collaboration

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-level updates across business and technical stakeholders
• Facilitate transparent communication around progress, issues, and team needs
• Partner with business units to understand priorities and translate them into actionable plans

Process Enablement

• Promote Agile best practices across teams and projects
• Support adoption of consistent tools and templates for sprint management, reporting, and planning
• Identify areas for process improvement and support team-level continuous improvement initiatives

Risk & Delivery Management

• Proactively identify delivery risks and work with stakeholders to mitigate issues
• Monitor progress against project KPIs and escalate issues as needed
• Support retrospectives and lessons-learned sessions to refine team effectiveness

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years managing Agile delivery teams
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), project lifecycle stages, and team dynamics
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent Agile management platforms
• Exceptional organizational, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience in data, analytics, or technology project environments preferred
• Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist or equivalent) are a plus
• Retail, convenience, or fuel industry experience is a bonus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
