For this full-time position, we are seeking a Deep Drawing & Stamping Specialist, available to start in September. This is a long-term assignment with the prospect of permanent employment. You will work stable day shifts, Monday through Friday (8:00 AM-4:00 PM). Saturday work is rare and only available if you are willing to work on it.
You'll be responsible for the entire production process: from converting and configuring the machines to running batches, feeding metal rolls, manually removing stamped products, and stacking and removing them. Technical expertise and physical dexterity are essential. Responsibilities -
Setting up and operating hydraulic deep-drawing presses (including 400 T & 250 T AP&T, SMG, Sanders). -
Working with eccentric presses (including 130 T Müller, 100 T Rus, 25 T Ter Hart). -
Perform stamping operations with powerful automatic and manual presses (including 250 T Andritz Kaiser, 160 T Müller). -
Changing tools, setting up machines and performing quality control. -
Actively identify and correct process deviations, in collaboration with technology and maintenance. -
Contribute to improvements in the production process and make proposals for more efficient working. ✅ Your profile -
Demonstrable experience with deep drawing and stamping processes. -
Experience in building and setting up hydraulic and eccentric presses. -
Technical insight and knowledge of metals such as steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel and brass. -
