The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is currently seeking an Executive Office Administrator to support the Vice President, Global Supply Chain & Integration (GSC&I) – Air Dominance located in Berkeley, Missouri.

Position Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage executives’ calendars, schedules, and inbox
- Coordinate all employee face to face and leadership team meetings across multiple Boeing sites
- Plan and lead logistics for meetings by setting up and arranging conference rooms, VTC support, catering orders, and badges.
- Coordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangements
- Monitor designated business traveler's logistics
- Generate expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
- Verify payments to corporate credit cards
- Create, edit and maintain electronic and written communication
- Track and maintain information relative to department and business operations
- Verbally communicate a wide variety of information to multiple audiences
- Process and screen incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
- Prioritize and schedule Executive-level employee time and availability for efficient use of time
- Plan and lead logistics for meetings by setting up and arranging conference rooms, VTC support, catering orders, and badges.
- Track and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Plan and implement logistics for senior executive level internal and external events
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience coordinating and processing domestic and/or international travel arrangements
- 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives and managers
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in partnering with executives to develop and manage the operating rhythm/cadence for executive leadership teams
- 3+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
- Experience managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $72,250 - $97,750
