We are focused on creating value where <strong>IT </strong>counts, join us!</p><h3></h3><h3>Responsibilities: </h3><ul><li> Provide operational support for OT systems in lab and production </li><li> Support laboratory instruments and manufacturing equipment </li><li> Ensure system availability, reliability, and compliance (GxP) </li><li> Perform: </li><ul><li> Incident resolution </li><li> Root cause analysis (RCA) </li><li> Change implementation (change control process) </li></ul><li> Manage hardware/software lifecycle of OT assets </li><li> Coordinate procurement of OT-related equipment </li><li> Act as interface between: </li><ul><li> Local lab/production users </li><li> Global IT teams </li><li> Vendors / equipment suppliers </li></ul><li> Support validation and compliance activities (where required) </li><li> Maintain documentation aligned with regulated standards</li></ul><p></p>
