The Partner Feedback team is seeking a highly analytical and driven professional to enhance Wayfair’s supplier, customer, and carrier experience through data-driven insights. This role focuses on extracting actionable intelligence from satisfaction surveys, Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, and ad hoc feedback initiatives to directly shape operational and product strategies. By leveraging Google BigQuery (GBQ), Looker, and survey tools like Typeform, this role will drive impactful improvements across Wayfair’s ecosystem.
This is a high-visibility role where feedback fuels data-backed decision-making. You’ll be responsible for designing feedback mechanisms, optimizing survey distribution strategies, building dynamic dashboards, and delivering key insights to senior leadership. You will have the opportunity to lead the way, leveraging AI functionality to gain improved insight from the feedback partners share. Working across Global Partner Support (GPS), Product, and Commercial teams, you’ll ensure that real-time partner sentiment and analytics translate into tangible enhancements in Wayfair’s processes and technology stack.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze structured and unstructured feedback data using Google BigQuery (GBQ) and build advanced Looker dashboards to visualize trends in partner sentiment.
- Build dashboards, visualizations and prototypes to translate data sets into driving insights and actions
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and build advanced reports
- Utilize AI functionality to detect trends in feedback and pilot multiple use cases across different ML models.
- Identify key drivers of satisfaction and pain points, delivering data-backed recommendations to Product, GPS, and Commercial teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop sustainable, long-term performance management practices to assess and grow the business
- Develop real-time KPI tracking mechanisms, ensuring leadership has visibility into partner experience trends and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, GPS, and Operations, to integrate feedback insights into process automation, AI-driven support tools, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage centralized data repositories for partner feedback, ensuring streamlined reporting and accessibility for decision-makers.
- Engage in road mapping and prioritization through diligent opportunity sizing and scoping efforts
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, partner/customer insights, or related fields.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for across business and technical teams.
- Team-first attitude with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- An entrepreneurial spirit and mindset; you must be adaptable and comfortable with change
- Familiarity with Jira (SupportHub) and experience working with feedback integration into operational workflows is a plus.
