- Create actionable, insightful, and digestible dashboards and reporting solutions that enable MedSpeed users and MedSpeed’s client partners to understand KPIs and root causes for follow-up actions
- Builds relationship with current content generators and educates users on proper interpretation of solutions
- Creates tools and models to support cost-saving measures and new client proposals developed by Analytics peers
- Ensures that KPIs & metrics are aligned across the business
- Identifies opportunities, new insights and gaps, and reacts accordingly to business requirements
- Maintains and distributes reporting and dashboards across the organization
- Supports efforts on process standardization
- Addresses issues submitted to the Analytics team’s helpdesk
- Performs user acceptance testing as needed
- Build and nurture a collaborative and innovative MedSpeed team culture
- All other job duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Management, Finance, or related field
- 1-4 years of progressive business experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication, strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative work style, able to work well within and across departments
- Demonstrate excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Possess strong communication and influencing skills, including the ability to communicate with management, other departments, and customers
- Be detail- oriented, deadline-oriented, and possess strong time management skills
- Ability to enthusiastically embrace change and act as a change agent
- Strong work ethic, independent problem-solving capabilities, effective listener and communicator
- Ability to lead projects and take full responsibility for the projects
- Passion for working with large data sets and identifying optimal techniques for users to access them
- Proficiency with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar product
