A Swiss financial institution is seeking a Relationship Manager Assistant&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Commercial Banking Assistant \- Russian speaking \- Wollerau&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>A Swiss financial institution is seeking a Relationship Manager Assistant (Russian Speaking) to join its client coverage team in Wollerau.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Commercial Banking Assistant \- Russian speaking \- Wollerau&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Bank in Wollerau.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Description&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>This role offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple departments across the bank and is ideally suited to a proactive, service\-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast\-paced and entrepreneurial environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Provide comprehensive support to Relationship Managers in the management of client relationships.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Handle client requests and inquiries professionally, efficiently, and independently.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Prepare, maintain, and update client files and KYC documentation.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Coordinate account opening, maintenance, and closure processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Support periodic client reviews and ongoing due diligence processes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Ensure accurate maintenance of client data across internal systems and applications.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up with clients when required.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Act as part of the first line of defense by identifying and escalating potential risks and compliance concerns.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Compliance, Operations, Payments, and Risk Management.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Participate in departmental initiatives, projects, and process improvement activities.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Profile&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>The successful candidate will support Relationship Managers in the day\-to\-day servicing of commercial and private clients, ensuring an outstanding client experience while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Required Qualifications \&amp; Skills&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Banking apprenticeship (EFZ), vocational baccalaureate, or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>1\-3 years of experience in banking is required, ideally within Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Client Coverage, or another client\-facing banking environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Experience supporting Relationship Managers and handling client onboarding and KYC documentation is highly desirable.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory; additional languages are considered an asset.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Strong client service orientation and professional communication skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Good understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem\-solving.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Additional Requirements&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Valid Swiss work permit or authorization to work in Switzerland.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Job Offer&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>\- jpid78cddd8jm jpit0730jm jpiy26jm
