You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with conducting internal investigations in a law firm, corporate, or federal government environment

• Ability to be highly responsive and organized

• Ability to manage, handle and balance a high volume of matters and assignments

• Ability to proactively identify risk areas and participate in developing training and policy or process enhancements

• Ability to translate technical advice into succinct, clear, and direct business solutions

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal compliance and investigative professionals

• Ability to serve as a business partner to develop comprehensive solutions to challenging problems

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• JD degree

• Ability to be a member in good standing with a state bar, including the District of Columbia

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with government contracting, including in a professional services firm

• Experience conducting investigations and providing compliance advice to businesses on procurement integrity, False Claims Act, or competition issues

• Experience handling sensitive, confidential, and classified matters

• Experience managing paralegals and overseeing trained investigators

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide integrated and durable solutions

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage the workload and simultaneous tasks, and meet deadlines in a changing, fast-paced environment

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
