Job Description

The Director of Product will translate business requirements into well-defined product requirements and define the data. Someone who can define and design the product roadmap to achieve the company's business goals by solving the complex needs of customers.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the product roadmap for the core products and own the strategy for all new products and features. You'll lead all efforts right from concept, discovery to release and launch. Working collaboratively with sales, marketing, and engineering teams. 
  • Lead product strategy by harnessing the collective knowledge of all stakeholders (engineers, CEO, clients) and develop detailed requirements and features that are cost-effective. 
  • Scope out specific prospect/customer feedback and analyze usage data/patterns to validate business requirements and detail user stories. 
  • Explore new ways of improving existing services and products. 
  • Help the team define the best KPIs. 
  • Analyze and share frequent feedback after providing new features in production. 
  • Own your product strategy and manage the Integrations roadmap while considering cross-functional topics. 
  • Coordinate product releases with Marketing, Sales, Support, and Development teams. 
  • Study competitors' services and products. 
  • Be the subject matter expert of your products, deeply understand the requirements and benefits, and effectively communicate to others-including colleagues and executives on the business side of the organization. 
  • Keen experience of being a leader in Customer Facing engagement with external stakeholders, build collaborative external relationships with main stakeholders. 
  • Drive end-to-end strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. 
  • Experience with managing 8-10 immediate direct reports of Product Managers. 
  • Preferred experience of Automotive OEM workflows and systems. 

Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B/B2C SaaS Product Management 
  • Software Development experience / highly technical 
  • Experience leading/mentoring PM teams 
  • Deep understanding of SaaS product design and growth strategies 
  • Mix of entrepreneurial and large enterprise experience with the ability to define products in an emerging space 
  • Skillset and Interest to seamlessly move from C-Level Strategy to team level detailed execution 
  • Ability to lead, inspire, project manage, drive, and get things done in a startup environment 

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in leveraging Big Data, Machine Learning (ML)/AI, and Internet of Things (IoT) in product development. 
  • Experience in integrating cutting-edge technologies into product offerings to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
