As part of the global IT PMO team, you will play a critical role leading and supervising programs. The role requires challenging objectives, develop roadmaps, collaborate closely with teams, including supply chain, finance, sales, and IT to ensure efficient and effective delivery and integrated planning solutions within the organization. In partnership with senior IT leaders, this role is responsible for global execution of projects, ensuring consistency and timeliness in line with PMO processes. Inspect and assess projects’ health; provide input for corrections needed or help raise up issues for quick resolution.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project achievements. Coordinate project resources, lead risks, and resolve issues.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Champion effective communication and lead collaborator expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Work closely with sales order management, customer entitlement management, pricing, and finance teams to manage strategic projects in sales order config, pricing, consignment, taxes, customer returns, rebates, intercompany transactions, billing and revenue recognition in fabless semiconductor/hi-tech industry.

  • Drive initiatives to optimize the order management software services, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs. Identify process bottlenecks, use standard methodologies, leverage technology solutions.

  • Project Governance and Reporting: Establish project governance frameworks, including project charters, governance boards, and reporting mechanisms. Provide regular project updates, performance metrics, and status reports to key collaborators and senior management. Ensure project documentation is maintained and accessible for future reference.

  • Develop strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Collaborate to develop communication plans, training materials, and collaborator engagement strategies to drive successful change initiatives.

  • Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization processes. Collaborate to implement standard methodologies, drive efficiency gains, and enhance performance.

  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and external partners to procure and implement technology solutions. Lead vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science) is required or equivalent experience.

  • Experience (typically 8+ years) as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of Order to Cash lifecycle, Software & Services solutions such as entitlement & license management.

  • Familiarity with technology solutions and tools related to such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems SAP S/4, SAP SD, SAP GATP, order management, customer entitlement management, software services tools.

  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and collaborator management.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and collaborators at all levels.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with business processes, industry standard methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
