Principal Engineer

Job Description

IP Infusion is looking for a motivated and talented engineer working as an individual contributor in CTO team.

The position is contractual, and the length of the contract will be subject to discussion.

Qualifications:

Languages, frameworks, and tools

• 7+ years of Experience in programming in at least one of the following languages: C, C++, Rust, or Go.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python is a huge plus.
• Working knowledge of tools like Git, Jira, Jenkins       

Network technology experience requirements
  

• Solid understanding of internals of SONiC Network Operating System and Linux Networking.
• Design, Develop and integration experience for new features in SONiC Network Operating System
• Knowledge in L2/L3 Networking protocols
• Experience in the design and development of complex distributed systems in embedded networking/telecommunications projects.
• Team player, independent, self-starter, "can-do" attitude, ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience working with NVIDIA CUDA/Linux OpenGPU driver  on a DPU/GPU hardware is a plus.

Compensation Information:

Please note that the offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, experience, qualifications, the external labor market, and internal equity. Variable incentives may also be offered. The Salary range for this role is $16,000 - $20,000/per month. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
