Position Summary
Global compensation and benefits programs are critical to effective business strategy. As a Tax Consultant on the Global Employer Services team, you will help clients improve global talent programs and support tax-effective, risk-aware, and cost-conscious workforce strategies. You will work with teams that advise on processes, technologies, and compliance approaches affecting employees worldwide.

Work you'll do
As a Tax Consultant on the Global Employer Services team, you will be responsible for supporting clients with global compensation, benefits, mobility, and workforce programs.
- Support clients with global staffing and operational decisions
- Analyze tax laws and regulations affecting mobility, talent, and reward programs
- Assist with program design, compliance processes, and operational improvements
- Evaluate workforce processes and technologies that support global operations
- Build client relationships and contribute to project delivery across engagements

The team
Our Global Employer Services team helps multinational clients develop tax-aligned compensation and benefits programs for domestic and international workforces. The team advises on strategies, processes, and technologies that support scale, manage risk, and control cost.
Qualifications
Required:
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer or Fall 2027 or have completed a bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, human resources, international business, finance, accounting, business administration, or a related/equivalent program
- Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- You must reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required. You can expect to co-locate on average 2-3 times a week with variations based on types of work/projects and client locations
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
- The start date for this position will be Summer 2027/Winter 2028
Preferred:
- Internship, summer, part-time, or other work experience in tax, compensation, benefits, human resources, finance, or consulting
- Coursework in tax, accounting, finance, economics, human resources, data analytics, or information systems
