Summary:

The Senior Director of the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) oversees the formation, development, and implementation of the clinically integrated networks to handle managed care contracts, and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) shared savings programs. Develops relationships with internal and external physicians, administrators, healthcare delivery system leaders, and other stakeholders to deliver a quality driven healthcare experience. Leads the value-based care growth strategy to differentiate Memorial Healthcare System (MHS) and continuously aligns with community leaders to share the advancement in care delivery at Memorial Healthcare System. Works directly with the Board of Directors of Broward Guardian, Inc. and the Board of Directors of Memorial Health Network, Inc. Provides direction and guidance to drive performance, collaboration and value-based care delivery.

Responsibilities:

Serves as the leader in charge of Memorial Health Network, Inc., a commercial ACO, wholly owned subsidiary of Memorial Healthcare System. Responsible for strategic direction of the company and for Physician Network Development. Oversees day to day operations of Memorial Health Network.

Shares key performance indicators and information to leadership and key constituents. 

Serves as the leader in charge of Broward Guardian, Inc., a MSSP ACO, wholly owned subsidiary of Memorial Healthcare System.  Responsible for strategic direction of the company and the Physician Network Development.  Oversees day-to-day operations. Responsible for assuring compliance with significant regulatory requirements for operating a MSSP ACO.

Serves as liaison between the Memorial Employee Health Plan and the TPA for provider network matters, provider contracting issues and other provider network operational matters.

Work Experience

Minimum of 5 (five) years’ related experience and healthcare leadership role.
