Description:

This is a remote position, but the ideal candidate will be located in Michigan.

Functional Role (not inclusive of titles or advancement career progression)

• Engage in discussion related to design and optimization of Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation templates for use during clinical workflow activities for the pharmacy team, with an emphasis on pharmacy technician documentation needs.
• Collaborates with leadership team to develop, write, revise, and implement departmental standard work, procedures, or protocols. 
• Leads onboarding and training for new pharmacy technician team members. Participates in onboarding of other staff.
