What you’ll do:

• Serve as the Brand Ambassador of the Outlet and Wayfair by creating a best in class customer experience by connecting them with the world's biggest and best home online assortment brought to life in our stores online and in our app.
• Demonstrates comfort with ambiguity, while working towards a solution and views it as an opportunity to grow.
• Identifies and drives initiatives which will increase efficiency, improve customer experience and positively impact the store's P&L on a meaningful scale for the business.
• Independently identifies trends (positive or negative) and quickly and appropriately escalates any issues with little support or guidance; leverages expertise within own teams to identify trends.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
• Identifies process gaps that influence productivity and team performance and provides feedback to determine appropriate solutions and/or next steps.                                                                                               
• Facilitates productive discussions with stakeholders and can articulate the state of the business with actionable feedback and deliverables.

What you’ll need:

• 4+ years of general management experience.  
• Brick & mortar retail experience in furniture or home goods preferred.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire yourself and others.
• Track record of thriving in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Technical acumen to learn necessary software; experience with Excel, Google Cloud G Suite, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms preferred.
• Ability to process information and merchandise through a computer system and POS register system (Lightspeed). 
• Full time associates may need to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
