Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•    Represents the Clinical Account Services Department and ensures client satisfaction with clinical services and products. Establishes and maintains relationships with key departmental leaders to ensure successful interdepartmental interactions. Participates in cross-departmental programs and products aimed at generating additional revenue and/or improving services to client health plans;
