We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to healthcare services.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with healthcare data, and proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
- This role requires close collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand data needs and objectives.
- Experience working with EHR systems, healthcare claims data, ERP Space (Finance, Supply Chain, Performance management, WFM, scheduling etc)
- familiarity with healthcare regulations like HIPAA
- Data Profiling and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex healthcare data to prepare the mapping sheet to the Datawarehouse target model.
- Data Management: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across various data management systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with SMEs to understand data requirements and objectives, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain an understanding of healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize data analysis tools such as SQL to manage, manipulate, and analyze data efficiently.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
