Who we are looking for

As a member of the Global Client Administration Team, the Client Admin Project and Reporting Lead will have a track record of success in identifying, planning, and executing strategic initiatives and projects for global teams.  This individual will be responsible for assisting in the collection, analyzing and presentation of data to aid in decision making. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to agree on priorities, monitor progress against objectives & deliverables, and repost key issues and risks. Key partners to this role include Relationship Managers, Product, Global Billing Operations, Legal, Client Service, Sales, and Business Risk Management.

The Client Administration Team plays an essential role in the Chief Commercial Organization (CCO) organization. Across the globe, Investment Services(IS) Relationship Managers and Deal Leads rely on us to help them reduce billing risk and create capacity by being the process expert related to fee schedules and billing set up requirements. This role will help us drive process improvements targeted at supporting the onboarding of new revenue faster and with a focus on improved client experiences. What you will be responsible for

As Client Administration Project and Reporting  Lead you will:

  • Identifying, defining, planning, and implementing short-term and long-term strategic projects and initiatives
  • Building consensus among key stakeholders for opportunities, prioritization, ownership, and accountability
  • Creating presentations and status reports that include executive summaries, project plans, return on investment, recommendations, and general status to leadership
  • Working closely with the global leadership team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and success criteria
  • Fostering a culture of strategic thinking and innovation within the organization
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration across various stakeholders
  • Providing strategic guidance and mentorship to team members on key initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis
  • Leverage a change management methodology to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • BS/BA in accounting, finance or economics related area
  • 7+ Years in working in Financial Services
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency - You will be experienced at using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word, for business purposes
  • Prior Project Management Experience
