Summary

As an IT Senior Team Lead at DSV, you will lead a team of IT professionals in the transportation and logistics industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of IT systems that support the company's operations, ensuring that they are reliable, scalable, and secure. You will work closely with other teams within the company to identify opportunities for improving processes and systems and will lead your team in implementing these changes.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Analyst, IT professionals in the, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed
• Oversee the development and maintenance of IT systems that support the company's operations
• Identify opportunities for improving processes and systems, and lead your team in implementing these changes
• Ensure that all IT systems are reliable, scalable, and secure
• Work closely with other teams within the company to ensure that IT systems are aligned with business needs
• Manage budgets and timelines for IT projects
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the transportation and logistics industry

 

Educational background / Work experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams
• Experience with developing and maintaining IT systems that support business operations
