The ServiceNow Data Platform powers enterprise solution experiences across our global cloud and hundreds of thousands of customer instances, delivering a scalable data foundation and automation services for the NOW Platform. What you get to do in this role:
We're looking for a passionate, driven Senior Product Manager who can help shape product vision and drive roadmap to reinvent our cloud automation experiences for internal and external audiences. As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and track KPIs focused on automations for backup and restore; drive roadmap priorities, work with multiple internal engineering teams to define and deliver features based on target personas; and facilitate end-to-end delivery of key initiatives to improve our orchestration framework. This role includes regular external customer engagement opportunities as part of a high-impact, customer-centric environment with a highly collaborative team.

To be successful in this role you have:
- 5+ years of experience in product management focused on enterprise cloud solutions
- 3 plus years’ experience in a SaaS company and/or Cloud Infrastructure automation space
- Strong experience in scoping and defining requirements for cloud solution architectures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a distributed global team
- Exposure to cloud orchestration technologies like Containers, Kubernetes, or similar open-source offerings will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. CS, CSE, EE) or relevant work experience in development, solutions architecture, or pre-sales engineering

For positions in the Seattle metro/Kirkland areas, we offer a base pay of 00037,000 - $233,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
