ABOUT THE ROLE
As a
Talent Operations Specialist
, you’ll support AgileEngine’s rapid growth by guiding engineers through internal opportunities, refining talent processes, and collaborating across Recruitment, Delivery, HR, and Engineering teams. You’ll organize matching requests, craft polished resumes, and help maintain a clear overview of available talent and projects, all while strengthening your technical understanding and leadership skills. This new role offers the chance to work in a multicultural environment, take ownership of initiatives, and contribute directly to building a smooth, people-focused internal mobility experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Help our Software Engineers to find new projects within AgileEngine;
- Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g. help our Engineers to find a part-time Project or a Mentor within the company);
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals;
- Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines;
- Keep track of available talent and job opportunities.
- 3+ years of experience in an IT company as a Technical Recruiter (preferred) or within an HR function;
- Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and terminology;
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
- Proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently;
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher, both written and spoken.
- You are comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment;
- You have strong GTD skills.
