Sales Manager - Italy

<h3>Description</h3> <p>We are looking for a highly skilled and qualified Sales Manager to join our team!</p><p>As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our existing partners/customers located in Italy. Preferable in Milan or Rome.</p><p>The Sales Manager will report directly to the Sales Director, in Italy.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong></strong>Generate new business, creating opportunities with customers (F2F)</li><li>Sales "hunter", lead sales and close deals!</li><li>Manage existing partners/customers to achieve long-term success.</li><li> Act as the point of contact and handle their business needs.</li><li>Resolve conflicts and provide business solutions to customers on time.</li><li>Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase, reaching the company's annual targets.</li><li> Report on the status of accounts and transactions (MBR, QBR)</li><li> Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives.</li><li>Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)</li><li>Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul><li>Proven track record and at least 4-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive in Italy</li><li>Working experience in selling hardware solutions and services - A big advantage</li><li>Experience in the payment industry</li><li>Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience</li><li>English is a must!</li><li>Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Salesforce in particular)</li><li>Understanding of sales performance metrics (KPI)</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude</li><li>Frequent traveling in Italy</li><li>BSc degree in Business Administration or a relevant field</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with unattended, vending, and retail field</li><li>Technical, pre-sales background - ability to present demos</li><li>Location: Milan (flexibility working remotely)</li></ul> <h3>Learn More about Nayax</h3> None
