Expert Own Brands international Country Management (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• International responsibility for steering, development, and coordination of our own brands business in close cooperation with the country and central teams
• Driving the expansion of own brands share by identifying further growth potentials, introducing new products and promotions and monitoring the own brands assortment implementation status in the countries
• Conducting regular analysis of market trends and country and category performance on major KPIs as well as of the competitive landscape and deriving concrete action plans
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing promotions, as well as to steer and execute strategic priorities and projects
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the countries
• Representing Own Brands at internal and external meetings and events
• Conducting regular meetings and workshops - in presence and virtually - with countries C-Level, category management and other involved parties

Your Profile

• Degree in economics, business administration or similar
• Proven professional experience in category/product management and/or key account management, preferably in retail or consumer electronics industry; private label experience is a plus
• Solid business understanding and in-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations and processes
• Experience in stakeholder management at strategic and operational level
• Analytical and critical thinker with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and hands-on mentality
• International working experience is an advantage
• Fluent English and Italian (spoken and written), German or Spanish are an advantage

About Us

Imtron is the division of MediaMarktSaturn responsible for the four own brands ok., KOENIC, ISY and PEAQ. Its key functions are procurement, marketing, product management, sales and logistics.

 

The Own Brands International Country Management department is responsible for coordinating and steering the international sales of MediaMarktSaturn’s Own Brands in Europe and supporting the country organisations in building and reaching their growth plans.
