We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems while providing exceptional customer service support to our clients. You will act as a vital link between our client base and internal teams, ensuring that customer information is recorded accurately and queries are addressed promptly.

$25.60 - $35.00 hourly

Location: New York, NY 

Responsibilities

• Enter customer data efficiently and accurately into our database.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a positive approach and follow-up as necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Update and maintain customer records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or customer service role.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
