Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategic Opportunity Identification:
  • Proactively identify and evaluate new AI/ML opportunities across client business units, focusing on transformative use cases that leverage generative AI technologies
  • Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to evangelize AI capabilities and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives
  • Define and drive the technical vision for AI/ML projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Technical Leadership & Hands-on Development:
  • Architect and oversee implementation of enterprise-scale GenAI applications including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, and agentic workflows for complex business problems
  • Lead hands-on development of proof-of-concepts and pilot projects to demonstrate AI value propositions
  • Drive end-to-end model development lifecycle from research to production deployment for both traditional AI/ML and GenAI workflows
• Team Building & Management:
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of AI/ML engineers at various levels (mid to senior)
  • Provide technical mentorship and career development guidance to team members
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence
• Project Delivery & Execution:
  • Own delivery of multiple concurrent AI projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes
  • Establish project governance frameworks and delivery methodologies specific to AI initiatives
  • Ensure successful production deployment and monitoring of AI solutions

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML with at least 3 years in team leadership roles
• Proven track record of delivering multiple AI/ML projects to production in enterprise environments
• Hands-on expertise with generative AI technologies including LLMs, Vector Embeddings, RAG systems, and Agentic Workflows
• Experience developing and deploying Predictive ML Models to production, MLOps and AI model lifecycle management at scale
• Extensive experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML services
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders
• Strong business acumen with ability to identify and quantify AI opportunity value
