Senior Account Executive

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive, someone willing to be reference for our clients and to be involved in the creative process. We are not looking for executors or intermediaries, we are looking for people who have their own point of view, who value creativity, who are interested in the client’s business.

As a Senior Account Executive you will be part of the Client Service team. Senior Account Executives have a key role within the organisational structure, as they represent the first level of project and client management. We expect their participation and commitment in project management, content, team, clients, production, creativity, research, strategy, etc.

What responsibilities will you have?

• Manage on a daily (and regular) basis the relationship with the client, the creative, editorial, production and Strategy & Research & Insights team, to ensure the correct delivery and execution of the content we develop in the agency.
• Manage projects (timing, deadlines, budgets, resources, tasks, etc.).
• Anticipate problems and propose solutions.
• Manage editorial and content calendars.
• Write reports on campaign results.
• Research and follow up on client categories, industry and general trends.
• Contribute to the creative process with ideas, trends, etc. We want this profile to actively contribute to the creative and production process.
• Identify potential business opportunities.
• You will have to carry out internal administrative and financial management tasks (budgets, timesheets, invoices, etc.) and participate in the search, selection, negotiation and contracting of suppliers.

Requirements

• Someone with previous experience as an Account Executive or Social Media Manager (client facing), preferably in an agency, i.e. a person who is used to the day-to-day management of project(s) and client (s) relations. It will be essential that you have been involved in the creation, development, production, management and analysis of content.
• It is essential that you have a Proficiency level of English, as you will have to manage clients, defend ideas, make presentations and write reports in the language of Shakespeare. You will be expected to have worked on global projects with clients not located in Spain (Some travel and working hours adjustments might be needed).
• You should have knowledge of invoicing and supplier management, as POs will be part of your daily routine.
• You should be very detail- oriented and meticulous, but able to understand how flexible the world we work in is. Although the role has defined tasks, the requests we receive from all our clients are constantly changing, so you will need to be flexible and open to change.
• A person who has experience managing productions. We are not looking for a Producer, but someone capable of managing, coordinating and supervising basic aspects of a production.
• A person with a good attitude and energy, able to turn disadvantages into great opportunities.
• We are looking for someone who likes challenges, who is not afraid of looking for solutions no matter if those solutions are not the common ones. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of asking for help from the other members of the team but also help when needed.
• This is not a typical agency so we are looking for someone non-typical, who likes working beyond expected always searching for improvement, excellence without losing the good vibe and the good attitude.
• A person with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously, so time organisation and patience should be your greatest allies.
• A person with good communication skills and a collaborative spirit, as you will have to interact with many different roles on a daily basis.
• Someone who is restless, curious and passionate about Social Media. A person who keeps up to date with the industry and uses Social Media to look for emerging trends and best practices (to share with the team), always with an eye on what competitors are doing.
