HR Recruiting Manager

Established in 1999, Rainbow Restoration of Upstate, SC offers Commercial and Residential Water and Fire Restoration, Mold Remediation and Carpet Cleaning services.  Rainbow Restoration hires people who set high standards for themselves and want to "Live RICH" with a team that values Respect, Integrity, with Customer focus, while Having fun in the process. As Recruiting Manager, you are a key team member supporting operations at Rainbow Restoration. You are responsible for recruiting, Interviewing, and hiring. Setting up training procedures and other HR functions of Rainbow Restoration.

You are self-motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic. You are driven to project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction while working cooperatively with others to manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations in the Company.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Human Resources 
• Recruiting, Interviewing and Hiring people that are ready to work
• Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other computer software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills  
• Detail-oriented with strong data reporting skills
• Professional appearance and personality
• Strong team player who can also work independently
