Consulting, Project Delivery Senior Analyst

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Senior Analyst in Baltimore, Maryland and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Provide software testing and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Research user reported issues, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Perform testing activities by understanding business use cases and draft test cases that describe system requirements, entry criteria, and exit criteria. Create test cases for functional, non-functional, system integration, black-box, white-box, and end-to-end testing for software implementation. Perform test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing, including SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), End-to-End, and Performance Testing. Route all test cases, testing results and reports for approvals as per established validation protocols.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
• Synchronizing System Integration (SIT), User Acceptance (UAT), performance, security, regression, and functional testing artifacts across all phases of testing, utilizing SoapUI, Postman, and Agile methodology;
• Testing sub-components of larger application systems and integrating the applications with each other and continuously optimizing the system structure to improve stability and performance, utilizing end-to-end testing and end-to-end integration;
• Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing test plans, test scripts, test scenarios, test cases, and test suites;
• Developing automation test scripts using Ready API for end-to-end validation of the user interfaces of Microsoft (MS) Azure DevOps;
• Tracking system defects using Azure DevOps and IBM Rational Quality Manager (RQM) coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details;
• Strategizing and facilitating load test and stress test phases, utilizing LoadUI, Ready API, and IBM Rational Performance Tester (RPT);
• Assisting in designing test plans and drafts and executing test cases using MS Office and MS Azure DevOps; and
• Writing Oracle and SQL queries of moderate to high complexity.
