The Position
Your position
As Technical Lead Data Quality (m/f/d) Near Patient Care Products, with focus on CGM, you are responsible for building and developing your capabilities to contribute more to the team, customers and patients. You apply new approaches to improving your work to increase productivity, reduce costs or mitigate significant compliance issues within your area of influence. You are a strategic business partner that breaks down silos between organizations (internal and external) all which lead to developing and producing safe, quality products and services that meet customer requirements throughout the entire lifecycle.
The opportunity
You drive business results and customer value through meeting Q&R goals and objectives independently and leading through the performance of these activities
You are also resonsible for training, coaching, mentoring and leading other quality managers or business partners, acting as a role-model for agile behaviors and leading a community of practice for the Global Dia organization
You initiate activities and interactions across departments, lead large/global cross-functional or cross-chapter projects and shift the focus to proactive quality focused activities, always with the goal in mind to advance the work of the network, making tradeoffs and breaking silos
You empower the network by building and maintaining strong partnerships to assure alignment around strategic projects and day-to-day activities and by building a culture of continuous improvement
While enabling new ways of working, you act as role-model for Agile Leadership behaviors, culture and mindset as defined in the Dia Operating Principles. With everything you do, you contribute directly to the achievement of our Roche Ten Year ambitions
Who you are
You hold a Bachelor’s / Master degree in Life Science, Data Science or related subject or have a completed training as a (laboratory) technician
You provide at least 5 years in the Medical Device / Pharma / Biopharmaceutical industry with 3 years working in Quality, Compliance, Regulatory and/or Validation and are recognised internally as an expert in your discipline
You demonstrate experience and knowledge of Daily Management and Continuous Improvement
Additionally, you bring knowledge of the European, US, China, and International cGMP regulations as well as a demonstrated ability to adequately interpret quality standards
You have worked in more than one function within quality management and ideally also outside of Quality Management. Furthermore, you can manage highly complex and/or global projects
