Our Global Business Growth and Automation organization, under the Office of the COO, is seeking an experienced senior analyst to join our internal Lead to Cash (L2C) Program Management Office to help execute on program deliverables for our most transformative company initiatives.
The Senior Analyst, Lead to Cash PMO will join a high-impact team accountable and responsible for initiatives driving continuous improvement and transformation to our lead management, opportunity & quote management, pricing & product operations, sales operations, global incentive compensation, partner operations, and corresponding systems enablement functions, required to support the sales organization. The Senior Analyst engages as a project coordinator, UAT lead, and/or business analyst to support our strategic initiatives alongside program managers within the L2C PMO. Additionally, the role is responsible for the implementation and delivery of our PMO best practices in portfolio management, program management and UAT optimization to deliver excellence via our processes, playbooks and tooling. The role also collaborates with the Lead to Cash business teams and IT teams to analyze root causes, improve processes, define problems, and develop business requirements, as-is and to-be process documentation, and success metrics on an ad-hoc basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to problems, prioritize correctly, systematically gather information, seek input from others, develop accurate conclusions from findings, and make timely decisions to prioritize and adapt to change
- Support Program Manager to drive the overall program plans, resolve ad hoc action items and ensure the smooth delivery of the business solution and all deliverables
- Perform root cause and business process analysis, leverage data to substantiate KPIs/ROIs
- Document business requirements, including business value and stakeholder alignment, as-is and to-be process documentation, as needed.
- Liaise regularly with IT Product Owners, BSAs, global business process owners, and other organizations to drive process and system solutions
- Plan and lead UAT business cycles, including the creation of coverage matrices, test script documentation, test execution logistics, tracking and reporting
- Manage the delivery of multiple projects concurrently that have moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience elsewhere in business process analysis, requirements, design, and quality
- Experience supporting and maturing a medium to large-sized portfolio of programs/projects
- Understanding of PMO best practices, processes, and tools in line with industry standards.
- Experience with Salesforce as a user or administrator, proficient in building/reading dashboards and configuring small to medium system changes.
- Demonstrated ability to improve the efficiency of business processes with both technology and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience working with large, complex projects; familiar with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies and principles
- Experience in an environment with Lead to Cash processes and technologies.
- Experience with PMO lifecycle: Analysis of project intake idea, alignment on scope, development of the business case, formulation of a project team, development of the project vision, execution of project deliverables and guiding change manage
