Table Games Dealer/Dealer Class Starting 9/22/2025

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  

Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area.  

Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned game pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting, and paying bets.  

Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures.  

Reads, verifies, and signs appropriate documents when necessary.  

Greets guests with a proper company standard introduction and initiates conversation with guests.  

Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.  

QUALIFICATIONS:   

Must have 6 months of multiple games

Must have excellent customer service relations and communication skills

Must be willing to work any day or shift  

 Must be able to work with team members

Must present a well groomed appearance

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:  

 Must be able to stand for long periods.   

Must be able to maneuver to work inside and continuously maneuver in and around the assigned table in the Pit department during the entire shift, with regular interval breaks.   

Must be able to respond calmly and handle many customers’ demands in a fast-paced environment. Responds to visual and aural cues. Must be able to memorize game rules and procedures.
