As a Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Responsibilities

• Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties for the right price and terms
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
• Provide guidance and advice to sellers on how to effectively promote their properties
• Market and display real property to potential buyers
• Maintain and update listings of available properties

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities
• Pleasant, trustworthy, and friendly demeanor
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be 18 years or older
