Join SIXT as our new B2P Reporting & Control Specialist within our International Intermediary Business (B2P) team!

In this pivotal role, you will leverage your advanced data skills to monitor our global partners’ receivables performance, optimize billing processes and provide critical insights. You'll work closely with B2P management and commercial teams, acting as a key analytical bridge between data and strategic action within a dynamic, international environment.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Act as a key analytical partner to management and commercial teams, extracting high-level information from large databases and translating it into actionable recommendations, and developing advanced reports and dashboards to visualize performance and trends.
• Drive continuous monitoring and in-depth analysis of the account receivables and collections processes and KPIs, providing up-to-date data and insights for reporting to all stakeholders.
• Lead the resolution of past-due accounts directly with some of our international intermediary business partners, conducting thorough pre-analyses in collaboration with receivables management, customer service, support and commercial teams.
• Lead the timely evaluation of relevant data from complex billing processes (e.g., partner incentives), developing and improving associated billing and reporting mechanisms.
• Champion data quality across billing and receivables processes, proactively identifying potential sources of error and implementing robust corrective and improvement measures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners, fostering collaborative solutions.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You have experience in Controlling or Business Intelligence, with a strong focus on data-driven insights.
• You are exceptionally proficient in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling).
• You know how to use SQL for querying and extracting data from large databases.
• You are a solution-oriented and highly analytical thinker who thrives on questioning existing processes and structures to derive improvements and optimized solutions.
• You stay structured in an agile environment, and you feel confident setting and tracking deadlines independently and reliably. You retain an overview when dealing with large amounts of data and you can efficiently handle large and complex datasets.
• You are familiar with ERP systems; previous experience in SAP is a plus.
