$5,000 Commitment Bonus Eligible for full time hire | Paid out in 2 equal installments over 12 months in 6-month increments (6 months and 12 months).

Job Summary:
We are seeking an LPN to be an integral member of the healthcare team and provide direct and indirect care to patients at our Cary, NC location providing nursing services to patients and families in accordance with the scope of the LPN as defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform patient intake including: providing vital signs, administering survey tools, data collection, hearing and vision screens, assisting patients with ambulation/toileting, reviewing patient medications. Directing staff and ensure tasks and dties are completed in a timely manner.
- Complete procedural tasks including: administering vaccinations and medications according to protocols and provider orders, ear lavages, dental varnishing, specimen collection and correct labeling, assisting with clinic-performed procedures (including EKGs, 6-minute walks, orthostatic blood pressures), reviewing pre-printed material with patient/family, bill for nursing procedures.
- Documentation in electronic health record and NCIR.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Job Eligibility Requirements:
- Work requires graduation from an accredited Practice Nurse Program
- Current State of North Carolina LPN licensure is required.
Job Hours:
This hours for this position are day shift, Monday through Friday.
