We look forward to having you on board to begin this journey together.<br/>Let's make the world more Purple!</p> <p> </p> <p>We are growing very fast, experiencing a diversification of our core activities, and therefore we are looking for a new and talented Senior Innovation Consultant to strengthen our Innovation Consulting practice in Madrid.</p> <p> </p> <p>We offer the opportunity to work in a highly talented team, experienced in a wide range of specialities, knowledge and skills, and share a common vision - "<em>Transformation through innovation" -</em>, a high level of expertise and clear entrepreneurial skills.</p> <p> </p> <p>As part of an ambitious transformation program, you will take part in a project which encompasses the creation and dynamization of programs and content with a focus on accelerating ideas and projects, training talent and connecting startups and entrepreneurs from an innovation point of view.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</p> <p>You will support disruptive and challenging projects and assist clients in the transformation, innovation and digitalization of their business. As part of the team, you will have the responsibility to:</p> <ul> <li> Contribute to the definition of key ideas, concepts, and creative solutions to improve our performance.</li> <li> Design solutions tailored to the client’s needs and their associated development and implementation plans by the use of innovation, design, entrepreneurship, and digital frameworks (Open Innovation, Venture Building, Intrapreneurship, etc) and change management principles among others.</li> <li> Gain an understanding of venture studio and venture creation and development.</li> <li> Execute and monitor the performance of projects</li> <li> Ensure the achievement of established objectives.</li> <li> Manage clients and business development</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Education &amp; Experience:</p> <ul> <li> At least 3/4 years of experience in strategy or innovation or management consulting</li> <li> Proven experience in project management and in high-performance team management</li> <li> Strong skills and competencies in entrepreneurship and innovation: frameworks, models, methodologies and tools: business model innovation, design thinking, lean startup, agile...</li> <li> Excellent skills in managing and working in complex environments with multiple, multidisciplinary stakeholders involved in the projects</li> <li> Advanced presentation and communication skills</li> <li> Advanced level of English is a must.</li> <li> <em>Plus: </em>Proven experience in venture creation</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Other must-haves of our candidates:</p> <ul> <li> Master of Productivity: planning and organization</li> <li> Customer and service orientation</li> <li> Excellent team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li> Resolutive and action-oriented.</li> <li> Proactive, creative and innovative</li> <li> Open-minded, flexible and open to change</li> <li> Curious by nature, with a true interest in innovation, startups, new technologies and lifelong learning</li> </ul> <p><br/></p> <p>Location: Barcelona or Madrid</p>
