As a small firm, we remain nimble and hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity, ingenuity, and effort. <br/><br/><strong>Position Highlights:</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Contributing to the development of a competitive ultra-low latency trading platform.</li> <li>Active participation in the full feature development cycle of creating a new, successful working trading platform from prototype to deployment in production.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Design, implementation and deployment of components and services for large-scale trading systems</li> <li>Development of cross-platform C/C++ systems for high-frequency trading (HFT)</li> <li>Develop  low-latency  code using the latest C/C++ standard</li> <li>Implement interfaces  with advanced networking hardware (FPGA, kernel-bypassing drivers)</li> <li>Research to improve platform performance</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience working with C/C++ (4+ years).</li> <li>Knowledge of  C++ standards (C++14, C++17,  C++20 is a big advantage).</li> <li>Experience working with Python/Bash (1+ years).</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Linux, Multithreading and IPC.</li> <li>Experience in profiling, optimizing latency and throughput, PGO.</li> <li>Understanding the principles of OOP, design patterns.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field.</li> <li>Effective communication skills and fluency in English.</li> <li>Close attention to detail, ability to work to very high standards, and critical mindset.</li> <li>The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Experience in developing high-performance/low-latency systems under Linux.</li> <li>Knowledge of operating systems, kernel-level understanding of device-level support  in Linux.</li> <li>Knowledge of Financial Instruments (Stocks, ETFs, Futures, Options).</li> <li>Genuine interest in finance,  trading, and how modern electronic markets work.</li> <li>Good understanding of Networking at the protocol level.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Support in relocation.</li> <li>Opportunity to develop professional competencies.</li> <li>Interesting and challenging tasks.</li> <li>Competitive rates of pay.</li> <li>Paid time off.</li> <li>Coverage of health insurance costs.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Our motivation:</strong></p><p></p><p>We are a company committed to staying at the forefront of technology.
