Together let's commit!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The Functional Lead of Lending will manage the different programs in lending in collaboration with the Loan IQ and Mercurio IT teams that provides global service to the main CIB units in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Collaborating in the execution of integration projects, migration and implementation of new products and functionalities for the operation of syndicated loans, on the Loan IQ platform.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Must have:</p><p>·      +10 years of in areas of Lending and investment banking.<br/> ·      Excellent knowledge on Lending applications like Loan IQ.<br/> ·      Working knowledge on Accounting and End to end lending processes (FO, MO and BO)<br/> ·      Extensive experience in Program, stakeholder and people management.<br/> ·      Expertise in Business, Functional, data and gap analysis.<br/> ·      Experience in training International teams.<br/> ·      Excellent Interpersonal skills + good verbal &amp; written skills required to interact with global teams<br/> ·      Advanced English<br/> ·      Strong organizational skills<br/> ·      Proactivity and responsibility.</p><p><br/> Nice to have:</p><p>·      Experience in using Loan IQ and interfaces around Loan IQ.<br/> ·      Knowledge on Payments</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What do we offer you?</strong></p><ul><li>Permanent, full-time contract</li><li>Training and career development </li><li>Benefits and perks such as private medical insurance, lunch pass cards </li><li>Possibility to be part of a multicultural team and work on international projects </li><li>Hybrid position based Warsaw, Poland</li><li>Possibility to manage work permits.</li></ul><p><strong>If you have read this far and you are looking forward to joining this challenge, do not hesitate to apply... we would be delighted to meet you!</strong></p>
