Job Summary
As a Strategy & Operations Intern, you will work closely with NetApp’s top executives and cross-functional initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-impact projects and strategic decision-making processes at a fast-growing IT company. You will also have the chance to work on AI-driven projects and help operationalize AI solutions for large organizations. Today, NetApp is leading the way in how our customers get the most out of their data with industry-leading cloud data services, storage systems, and software.
Job Requirements
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Support establishing project guardrails and KPIs to capture progress and value of AI projects and contribute to visualizing updates to C-Staff.
- Analyze data and compute returns on AI projects that impact productivity, customer experience, quality, and response times.
- Work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to structure complex problems, drive alignment, and implement strategic projects.
- Approach challenging questions with rigor, quickly gain understanding of new topics, and structure problem statements and solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an MBA with a strong interest in strategy, operations, and AI.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to quickly dive deep into new topics and create frameworks to solve complex problems.
- Demonstrated project management experience with a strong presence in front of senior executives, comfortable in both business and technical discussions.
- A passion for understanding the fundamental drivers of business success and competitive advantage.
- Experience with AI projects or technology-driven initiatives is a plus.
