Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.</p><p><strong>This role is open to candidates located anywhere in France.</strong></p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Expert Product Selling: Act as a knowledge leader in ITSM industry trends to inform sales strategies and positioning of Jira Service Management within large enterprise customers</p></li><li><p>Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth</p></li><li><p>Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions, focusing on value-based interactions</p></li><li><p>Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Account Executives, Marketing, Account Management, Product, and Partner Management teams to align on sales strategies and explore co-selling opportunities</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Your background</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 7+ years of sales experience with Enterprise accounts</p></li><li><p>Extensive experience in ITSM and ESM solution sales</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape</p></li><li><p>Ability to engage with C-level executives and technical audiences</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets</p></li><li><p>Fluent French and English language skills</p></li></ul><p>This role is crucial in advancing Atlassian's solution sales business goals and involves working with a globally distributed team.</p>
