We are excited to make O’Fallon, MO our Finance Operations Hub for North America. This expansion includes establishing a new transactional accounting team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organization, contribute to setting up a new team, and enhance processes.
The Impact You Will Have
The Transactional Accounting Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial operations. This position involves auditing financial documents and procedures, ensuring efficient processes while upholding accuracy. The associate will manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and provide comprehensive reports to management. A strong understanding of accounting and financial practices is essential for contributing effectively to the organization's goals. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and are motivated to advance their careers in accounting within a dynamic team environment.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

Perform reconciliations for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial records.

Update accounting records for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) accounts, including posting journal entries and maintaining accurate documentation.

Work collaboratively with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and practices.

Execute collection activities for open receivables balances, utilizing both written and verbal communication to engage with internal and external customers and resolve outstanding balances.

Participate in diverse ad hoc projects and fulfill requests as assigned.
What You’ll Bring to the Role

Minimum 2 year related degree or equivalent experience
-
1-3 years of relevant experience

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel

Experience in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve business processes and decision-making is preferred.
The annualized base pay range for this role is $41,400 - $62,590. The annual base salary range represents nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
