Requirements

Job Summary: 

As Manager, Strategic Brand Partnerships and Projects, you will lead numerous critical, strategic, and high-exposure growth initiatives for the entire organization. Your role will create a new Center of Excellence for our Gaia Herbs and Salus brands as well as our Health Care Practitioner and Amazon businesses. You will lead a team including one direct report, while partnering directly with key leaders and their team members to coordinate and facilitate key initiatives that drive both business growth and operational excellence. You will directly manage our largest, equity level partnerships, lead delivery of our highest profile events, and directly support critical business initiatives. This role reports to the Head of Gaia Herbs and Chief Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnerships: Develop, implement, and manage impactful relationships and plans with our most strategic partners, including The American Botanical Council, Kiss the Ground, Dr. Mark Hyman, as well as other high-profile and longstanding industry and celebrity contacts. Serve as the primary point of contact for critical partners, providing thought leadership from contract negotiation through project execution. You and your team will also manage other operational and local community partnerships, liaising with Human Resources, Impact, Operations as well as the Gaia Herbs Farm Team to deliver big and small events.

Strategic Projects: Facilitate execution of the organization’s most critical brand and marketing projects. Examples include:

- Implementation of an omnichannel brand refresh, ensuring seamless execution across packaging, marketing, and digital channels.

- Ownership and oversight of the company-wide PIMDAM roll out with PMX.

- Driving capability advancement by supporting the implementation of Click Up and managing key cross-functional workstreams for critical brand and business initiatives.

- Support the Gaia Herbs brand team and other centers of excellence with management of collaborative workstreams including tracking and reporting of the consolidated commercial budget.

- Support product an innovation team in key initiatives including label changes and reformulation

Strategic Events & Trade Shows: Plan and execute key strategic events, including Expo West for Gaia Herbs and Salus as well as key Health Care Practitioner trade shows and events. High-impact brand and business moments will also include key partner engagements at Gaia Herbs, Eart
