You will be part of our cool IT Team, where you own crucial IT systems in Devoteam. You will be working closely with our finance department running our current ERP system, Unit4. At the same time you will play a big role in our Data Driven team to set up and maintain the infrastructure and environments that our customers’ services run on. You will therefore have a varied everyday, where you can expect to be onsite with our customers at times, although virtual meetings are embraced as well.

More specifically, the role will include / contain:

• Take ownership of Devoteam Data Driven’s Cloud environment such as Tableau and Alteryx servers, Personal remotes and Custom automation commands. 
• Initiating a cloud migration from AWS to Azure, in collaboration with Group IT (France) and local stakeholders.
• Operational ownership of our ERP system with the daily run and SQL Report building, coding and support.  
• Having customer relations, when new customers need help setting up Alteryx and Tableau Servers as well as maintenance.   

You will be based in our office in Copenhagen, where the rest of the team is also based. However, you will expect to have 2-4 days a month with our customers or working with their environments .

To be happy in the role you should be able to see yourself in the below:

• 2 years of work experience, with a degree as a Data Technician, Bachelor in it or similar education 
• Experience with system infrastructure and Application ownership. 
• Knowledge about data infrastructure

You are serviceminded and do not mind working with different stakeholders and handling sudden unexpected challenges in the different systems. You may also have a flair and an interest in IT security. You could also code in example Python or SQL.  

In addition, you must be able to see yourself working with the following technologies (and if you don't already know them, that's fine, but you must want to learn them 👋):

• Tableau
• Alteryx 
• Unit4 
• SQL and Python
