About the Team:
 

As a Retail Operations Specialist, you will provide support to NAM store locations in all channels of the business, while coordinating with all internal departments. Store Operations is an integral part of developing standard operating procedures and streamlining current working processes in retail stores. It is a strong partnership with both internal and external business partners to develop and ensure all our retail stores are operating effectively.

 

 

Your Role as a Retail Operations Specialist:

 

The Retail Operations Specialist must have a strong understanding of the Internal Sales organization and Retail store needs and know how to build effective processes to meet those needs.

This includes:

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with corporate office personnel and field teams to best understand organizational needs.
  • Lead projects through developing structure and managing timelines, keeping all parties updated, holding others accountable for meeting set timelines, and meeting deadlines in the following areas.
  • Store Workload planning, Store communication, Policy & Procedure, store maintenance & facilities, creation of sales tools & resources, Vendor management, procurement, new store initiatives, special projects, support conferences & meetings.
  • Maintain quality service by following organization standards, developing, and recommending needed improvements, as necessary.
  • Travel to corporate shows and meetings, as necessary. Conduct quarterly field visits with identified goals.
  • Ensure PANDORA Americas Strategic Priorities and Life Values are consistently adhered to and incorporated into daily tasks including, professional relationships, processes, material development, and communications.
  • Develop and maintain communication with internal business partners on supplies, maintenance needs, budgeting and developing standard operating procedures for stores.
  • Obtain and research quotes, information, quality and applicable information from vendors.
  • Manage inventory logistics with outside vendors.
  • Provide an oversight of ordering and tracking to communicate with field store teams and corporate office.
  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy to determine the most cost-effective ways that we can operate.
  • Maintain a relationship with NAM finance team to anticipate when supplies, maintenance and costs will see a peak from regularly planned months.
  • Work with budget and develop cost saving tracking and project management procedures to ensure policies and costs are considered and implemented.
  • Collaborate with Network team on any new store opening or store closings and define project of work that is needed.
  • Monitor Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Supply Orders for stores and analyse where improvement can be utilized.
  • Direct continuous improvement of purchasing processes in line with changing organizational needs and market specific needs.
