As a member of our Landscaping & Grounds Crew, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and visually impressive environment across our grounds. This role is essential to supporting the daily operations of a world-class facility and helps ensure our campus reflects the same level of quality found in the products we manufacture.
Starting Pay: $16 - $18 per hour
Location: 910 Elm St, McKinney, TX 75069
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7 AM - 4 PM
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support grounds maintenance and campus beautification by:
Gathering and removing litter; disposing of debris and waste from designated areas
Using hand tools such as rakes, shovels, pruning saws, and hedge trimmers
Operating powered landscaping equipment including mowers, tractors, blowers, chain saws, and more
Irrigating landscaped areas including lawns, trees, and plant beds
Trimming and pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain healthy growth
Mowing and edging lawns using power equipment
Following landscaping plans to plant flowers, sod, grass, and seasonal foliage
Clearing sidewalks, parking areas, entrances, and pathways of debris
Performing minor equipment maintenance, including refueling, lubrication, and cleaning
Attending required training sessions and company events
Supporting additional duties as needed to maintain the grounds
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous landscaping, horticulture, or groundskeeping experience (preferred)
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to safely operate both hand tools and powered landscaping equipment
Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physical ability to bend, lift, stand, walk, reach, push, pull, and work on your feet for extended periods
Work Environment
This role is performed outdoors in all weather conditions and involves physically demanding activities across a large industrial campus.
