Warehouse Manager

TAQA, a leading company in the Energy industry, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a Warehouse Manager at TAQA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations to support the smooth flow of goods and materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Manage and optimize inventory levels and accuracy
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain a high level of productivity and performance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards for safety, security, and quality
• Implement measures to improve warehouse efficiency, such as implementing automation and digitalization
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas of improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
