• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in a scripting language (Python or R) for data wrangling, automation, and reproducible workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model and reporting capabilities; experience building performant, secure, and governed real-time dashboards in Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into clear business narratives for non-technical audiences.
Even Better:
• Experience with advanced visualization customization (e.g., custom components, parameterization, templating).
• Background in product analytics, marketing analytics, or revenue operations in a SaaS/technology environment.
Key Competencies:
• Business acumen: Able to align analytics solutions with strategic goals and measurable outcomes.
• Systems thinking: Designs solutions that are reliable, maintainable, and scalable end-to-end.
• User-centered design: Prioritizes clarity, accessibility, and intuitive experiences for end users.
